Apostle Dr. E. R. Upsher (known as Mick
Senior Pastor 26yrs. New Generation Kingdom Ministries, CEO of New Generation Ministries Inc. and Development Solutions, located in Felton, Delaware
Dr. Upsher is the Husband of one wife, namely Pastor Viola Upsher of 48yrs. She is the Brown Sugar of his life. We are blessed with two grown children, Duane & Teresa and five grandchildren. Dr. Upsher is a Born-Again General in the army of God Christ Jesus.
Served 49yrs in total Federal, State and County Government. Blessed to have earned six (6) degrees, over 20yrs. Certified Leadership Coach, Mentor and Public Speaker. Earned two (2) licenses in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. (6)yrs Pennsylvania Army National Guard. I currently am a part-time Professor at Delaware Technical Community College.
Led by Apostle Dr. E. R. Upsher and our leadership team we are passionate about equipping believers and fostering a culture of worship, discipleship, and outreach.
